3. Data collected
As of the date of publication of this Policy, the Site is in a pre-launch (“coming soon”) phase. It offers no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no user account, and no interactive service. No third-party analytics, marketing or measurement tool is integrated.
In this configuration, the only data processed are:
- Strictly technical connection data (IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages viewed, date and time of connection) collected automatically by our host in its technical logs (server logs), for the sole purpose of ensuring the security, availability and proper operation of the Site.
- Contact data that you voluntarily provide to us
when you write to us at

No other personal data are collected without your knowledge.
4. Purposes and legal bases of processing
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to the requests you send us by email — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures or the Publisher’s legitimate interest in responding to its contacts (Art. 31 FADP; Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Ensuring the security, availability and proper operation of the Site — legal basis: the Publisher’s legitimate interest (Art. 31 FADP; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 31 FADP; Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Recipients of the data
Your personal data are intended exclusively for authorised persons within Omnissium Sàrl. They may be disclosed, strictly to the extent necessary for their task, to our only processor to date:
- MLS Communications Sàrl — hosting of the Site. A limited liability company under Swiss law, whose registered office is located at Avenue du Théâtre 16, 1005 Lausanne (Switzerland), UID CHE-113.946.803.
Your data are not subject to any transfer, sale or rental to third parties.
6. Transfers outside Switzerland and the European Union
The Site is hosted in Switzerland by MLS Communications Sàrl. No systematic transfer of your personal data outside Switzerland or outside the European Economic Area is carried out as part of the current operation of the Site.
Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision by the European Commission for the GDPR, ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that provided by European Union law.
7. Retention period
- Contact requests (emails): kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then for up to three (3) years from the last exchange for relationship-management and archiving purposes.
- Technical connection logs: kept for a maximum of twelve (12) months by our host, in accordance with industry standards and applicable legal obligations.
8. Cookies and trackers
The Site currently places no cookies or trackers on your device, with the possible exception of technical cookies strictly necessary for its operation (for example to ensure session security).
No audience-measurement, advertising or social-network cookies are used. Any future change in this respect will be documented here and submitted, where required, to your prior consent.

In accordance with the FADP and the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:

- Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority:

The Publisher implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security suited to the risks, in particular to prevent any unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure of your personal data.
